With a unique blend of experience across corporate finance, education, training, and leadership communication, she brings together analytical thinking, human connection, and a passion for lifelong learning.

Currently the Host of Podcast Vibe With Neha, she is committed to creating platforms that inspire dialogue, collaboration, and positive change. Through her work, she engages with educators, entrepreneurs, innovators, authors, changemakers, and thought leaders from around the world, exploring ideas that shape the future of education, leadership, wellbeing, technology, and society.

She is serving as Director – Global Conversations & Engagement at Unifusion.

Neha began her professional journey in the corporate sector as a Finance Executive with the Stock Holding Corporation of India, where she gained valuable experience in operations, compliance, client engagement, and relationship management. Her strong business foundation was complemented by her academic background in MBA (Finance) from Lucknow University and later enhanced through a Postgraduate Program in Business Analysis from Purdue University and Simplilearn, equipping her with expertise in data-driven decision-making, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, and modern business practices.

Driven by her passion for learning and people development, she transitioned into the field of education more than a decade ago. As an educator and facilitator, she has worked closely with students, parents, teachers, and school leaders, designing engaging learning experiences, nurturing emotional intelligence, promoting effective communication, and supporting holistic development. Her learner-centric approach, combined with empathy and strong facilitation skills, has helped positively impact countless young minds and families.

As the creator and host of Podcast Vibe With Neha, she curates insightful conversations that highlight inspiring journeys, innovative ideas, practical wisdom, and powerful stories.
